So I'm preparing for my first dnd campaign and I'm trying to create an appealing mini boss that would come into play at some point. My thoughts were bringing this boss in while the players are around level 7-9. There are 4 players so it is kinda tricky to make balanced combat.

I just want some opinions if this is too weak or too strong so I have a better idea of how to create these types of bosses.
