How do you get your toddler to eat meat??
Maybe I am a bad cook, but whenever we make meat she really is not into it. Takes a bite or 2 then refuses. She eats pretty any and all fruits, veggies, carbs. But neat? No way. She prefers fish, tofu, sometimes peanut butter, eggs, and hummus.
I'm worried about iron intake as these other alternatives are not as high in iron. She really has never been a fan of meats since starting solids. I've tried eating together and making us all the same food at dinner.
Has this happened to anyone else? What are some things I can try?
