Wc not responding to my laywer.
So I got hurt at work back in April (my back), I had to go to the emergency room first, they wanted me to go get an mri.
Wc does not want to send me for the mri, but I have to go through thier channels, and all that jazz. Well I hired a lawyer because they were trying to wait me out I guess and not schedule me an appointment for thier Dr's. The lawyer got my appointment for me. I have to go back once a week and try PT. Before they will send me for an mri. Ok fine.
I recieved my first check in the mail on the 9th and it was late. I should have gotten another check on the 14th, but I didn't. I looked at my days and its past the 21 days of being out of work so they owe me for that. And this Friday I will be owed another check.
Wc has stopped responding to my lawyers and we won't speak to me because I have a lawyer. What am I supposed to do? I need money, my bills are getting behind and I hate that.
What are some of the things I have to look forward to? What can I do?
