Buying an engagement ring from a designer on etsy, wondering about if the price is reasonable
Hi everyone, was directed here from r/jewlers
Would anyone be able to help me out in seeing if a quote is reasonable? Its a design the seller already makes but I'm specially requesting it in 900 - 950 platinum with a lab ruby instead of their usual materials and stones. The side stones are white moissanite.
The quote provided by the seller was 1670 USD. I dont particulary have any problem with the price, it even felt lower than expected. However the pragmatist in me wanted to check with some proffesionals just to confirm. Is that quote entirely reasonable? Too good to be true? Or is it more or less on the mark
