Any ideas on top sitting plants

Need help finding something that can provide some top coverage in a 20 gallon. Want something ideally easy to maintain that won’t block the flow of the tank within a month like duckweed or something. Had some Java moss float up and noticed my peas seemed to like being under it. I Have a lot of vertical coverage with swords, crypts and Anubis with rocks, caves and Java moss on the bottom. Just think something at the top would give a lot more depth. Lmk

What is the largest pea puffer you have seen?

Chat GBT is the only place I can find any information and they said the largest recorded was 3.5 cm. I have a male that is easily that big and is about double the size of the others in my tank which it also said is rare because females are usually larger based on what I’ve heard. I have yet to see one bigger than him and just want to know if anyone has had any that are abnormally large such as this. I posted a pic earlier and it didn’t really do him justice and the fish police were shaming me because it’s been sunny recently and there was a small clump of algae starting to appear on the tank which always clears on its own. I just want to know about size and don’t really know how anyone is supposed to start caring for fish if they just get shamed for slight tank issues for fish I purchased from a literal hellscape of a tank at petco.

What is the largest male you’ve seen?

I have had this pea puffer for 2 years now. I originally had a tank full of them and he was by far the largest out of them but after the tank crashed I had to move him and a couple of the survivors to a 20 gallon community tank. I was just wondering what the largest male you have ever seen is. Chat GBT said the largest documented male or female was 3.5 cm and I think he’s easily that despite being a male. You can see an adult zebra danio next to him for comparison. He is around the size of a quarter and every other puffer I’ve had has been dime sized. His name is King Goobab
