Advice on upcoming Hydro-Man and Fastball Special bundles?

Bundles mentioned can be found here.

Looking for some advice on what bundles here are the better value.

Hydro-Man bundle is 2500 gold with 2200 tokens, but I can't think of any decks that actually use him.

Fastball Special bundle is 3500 gold with 5000 credits and I see is frequently used.

I'm not picky about what I play, I will play any deck as long as it can be viably competitive. What would you choose? Or is it better just to hold onto the gold for a better bundle to pop up?

What do you plan on cooking with Jeff the Baby Dolphin?

2/2 - Ability: Your cards reveal here with +1 Power. Moveable once.

I'm hoping he brings back some function with Elsa and co. It's been ages since she has been competitive and I always really liked that archetype. What do you intend to try out with him?

Parent's brought home giant framed picture from house that had mold issues, is it safe to keep?

My grandmother passed away recently and my parents brought home a a huge framed hand-stitched picture she made (about 4 feet long), it was hanging on the wall in the living room for 40+ years. It smells musty as fuck. The house has various mold issues. Her bedroom closet had grown mold (which was remediated), her bathroom has mold, and I'm pretty sure her window air conditioner had mold too (but we replaced it with a new one last year or so). Just recently my brother had done some touch up work around the house to find out there was another area in the ceiling of the house that is growing mold too.

They wanted to hang it up in the living room but because I have significant health issues already, I convinced my dad to hang it in his room. My mom wiped it down several times with lysol wipes. From what I can see, there are no stains/discolorations that I can tell. How much of a concern is this? What can I do to properly keep my house safe, because I don't think I'm going to be able to convince my folks to trash it. It's the last remnant of my grandmother that my dad has and wants to keep some memento of her.
