No connection Via Ethernet port
I have an NVS16, all was fine, then lost power. Sometime after the power was restored, I discovered that I don’t have any tx/rx to my Ubiquiti gateway or switch via the main Ethernet port. I reseated the patch cable, swapped to a different patch cable, swapped to a different switch port, then straight to a port on the Unifi gateway. Never anything.
Just for kicks, I plugged it into a spare camera port on the NVr and it does tx/rx, but of course it doesn’t connect it to the LAN. I downloaded the latest firmware update to a thumb drive and updated the nvr, still no luck. And I’ve definitely turned it off and back on again.
Any suggestions?
Edit: (Fixed for now)
I was able to use the Hybridge feature, which in turn allowed me to use one of the camera ports as the uplink. I will reach out to Reolink on Tuesday to see what they want to do about it. It’s only about eight months old. This is the first time I’ve ever had a Reolink device have an issue. I will try to update on that when I find something out from them.
