It seems my dog (4 days post amputation) is having pain in either her rectum or vulva. She cries out and reaches back. She’s panting and seems to be in pain. She did finally take a poop today so I’m not sure what is going on. Any thoughts?
I discovered she has Osteosarcoma on Monday. Got into CSU’s Vet school on Tuesday. Amputation on Wednesday. Brought Mudita home on Thursday and today is Friday. What a week. I was suppose to be in Hawaii but instead we are doing this. It’s been a crazy week but I have no regrets (lots and lots of tears, however) How long will she need the harness? She’s getting on pretty good. Also with a front leg amputation do you find a need for the cone of if I use a “Thunder” vest?
