I’m a commercial agent specializing in construction and making $100K base. I feel like I’m being fleeced because I’m generating 100-150K in new biz revenue a yr with over a $200K book (almost 2 yrs in and 100% retention so far). My agency doesn’t provide any revenue or accounts and I’m also training and taking questions for new hires constantly.
I’m only getting 30% on new biz and none on renewals. Am I being fked and if so what do you think a fair salary would be for norther VA?
Any help/discussion appreciated. Recruiters and other companies seem to offer higher salaries with work from home and no requirement to help new producers. Thank you!
