EB1A RFE: Lawyer Recommendations
Hi,
I received an RFE on my EB1A petition. It was a lawyer filed petition. We filed for 5 criteria’s:
- Critical Role
- High Salary (ACCEPTED)
- Published Media (ACCEPTED)
- Original Contributions
- Judging (code reviews)
- Membership
Of which I was approved for 2: Published Media and High Salary. I got RFE for Original Contributions, Critical role, Membership and Judging. The RFE notice is detailed and it’s 6/7 pages (not like few typos/wrong criterion/ gender mismatch, etc. from previous posts).
I am looking for recommendations for lawyers who can help better in responding to my RFE. I would love to hear advices and thoughts. Specifically, if you were able to successfully respond to RFE in past 2/3 months and get your petition approved.
The reason I am looking another lawyer is that I had to rephrase a lot of things to present my work currently and fight with the team to get out the word which had a lot of delays. Thank you in advance!
