I got some frankincense from a small local store the other day because I like the smells of church, and I've burned about 3 sticks by now. My room doesn't have much ventilation so it kind of sits in the air and the ash and smoke gets all over the place. My room smells heavily of frankincense by now, but more towards the point.
I woke up covered in welts and short of breath this morning. I thought it was possibly bed bugs in the clothes I thrifted but they're too small and not red enough, not to mention that I put my clothes through the washing machine twice with hot water and have yet to see any bugs. Then I found out that frankincense comes from trees, and I'm allergic to most trees. Again I hotboxed my room with frankincense, so now it's in everything and I MEAN everything. My bedroom smells like a Catholic church. Everyone else in my house loves the smell but I'm itchy as fuck.
What can I do to purge my room of the frankincense and what do I do with the leftover sticks?
