Surgery right side.

Have had surgery on the left side 6 months ago see post: https://www.reddit.com/r/HipImpingement/s/lAXXmjQbL4

3 days ago the same surgeon did the right side.

The findings during surgery

Cartilage: Shows ALAD grade II (Acetabular Labral Articular Disruption), indicating early cartilage damage.

Labrum: Demonstrated radial fraying and small tears. During dynamic testing, the labrum showed clear bulging at the level of the CAM deformity.

Pincer deformity: Present.

CAM deformity: Present.

Suction seal: The natural fluid seal/vacuum of the hip joint was beautifully intact.

DDH (Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip): No evidence or indications of DDH.

Lucky enough the pain atm is way less than it was after the surgery on the left side.

Tomorrow I will have my first pt session and overall I feel great.
