I went to the doctor today and my doctor recommended I take Magnesium Glycinate supplements, between 200-300mg morning and night. I got some from Dollar General. The bottle says 665 mg per serving on the front, but on the back it says 120 Magnesium per serving. So I'm not sure how many pills i should take at once. I was hoping someone here could help me with my confusion. I don't want to take too much or too little. The doctors office is closed now, but I'd like to start taking it tonight.
