Genuinely the single most frustrating experience I’ve had with this service
Waited an hour to get in
Spent an hour unable to get through to checkout
App freezes and crashes and puts me back in the queue for “more than an hour.”
Unbelievably horrible use experience just to get movie tickets.
I give up.
