Accommodation Questions

I’m visiting Rome for the first time. Planing on staying in hotel near most of the attractions we can just walk. We like to walk, 7-8 miles a day ok. I was looking into Palazzo Montemartini Rome, A
Radisson Collection Hotel. What you all think of it. Is this close to most attractions? Safe to walk at night? I have 4 nights of stay. Any other recommendations? Really appreciate your advice.
