One of my shoulders is higher than the other.

I am curious if anyone here has any idea how to fix my posture? I do sit down at a desk a LOT and notice I lean to one side. I also sleep on my sides a lot if that helps haha. I have been getting a lot of neck, shoulder, back, and even chest pain on that side of my body for almost 2 years now. I assume some sort of back exercises would help but I just don’t know what ones would be most effective for my problem.
