The Developer API Request Form Site Returns 404

Error: 404 Page Not Found | We the People: Your Voice in Our Government

The entire API key request process is down (guess they dont want people searching for things that point out democracy). If you go to the contact us on the developer page (https://trumpwhitehouse.archives.gov/developers/feedback), it takes you to a form that is not active/fails to allow you to fill out any data whatsoever.

Beautify

I am terrible at this, but you beautiful creatives may be able to make a better thing than I can explain. Maybe clean up the hands and smile more level, and illuminate (demolition man insert here). Make him and the background sparkle in some way? Mother's day gift, $5-10 bucks tip if that is acceptable?
