This is a tiling on the floor at a building called Penrose On Mass, and I can't quite figure out what the tiling is called.

I did some research on Penrose tilings, but to my knowledge, they cannot have only one tile shape, and this tile is not a mono tile. So it must repeat somewhere, but I can't figure out where or how.

My question is twofold: was a mathematical formula used to place the tiles, and what is a tile pattern like this, that eventually repeats, called?
