I took my 2021 RAV4 (gas-powered) to a Toyota dealer for replacing transfer case oil. They told me that transfer case is part of the transaxle assembly, so there is no separate transfer case (which is not true according my research afterwards). They ended up doing "Trans Fluid Exchange" and "Trans/Diff Toyota", as shown in the attached pictures. Did they do the correct service or no?
