if I'm being honest i don't remember much since i was very young but what i do remember is that the movie was about a cannibal town where the main character visited and ate at a diner and ordered meatballs where he eventually finds out the meatballs were made from human meat

he fights his way out of the town while at the same time protecting a little girl he found

at the end of the movie he basically adopts the girl and i think while he leaves the house for groceries he comes back and sees that shes eating somebody or something i can't remember

but yeah if anybody can help me find this movie it would be very appreciated.
