"Complaince" (Before being able to move into newly built block)

Hi, Anybody has any experience with this part of the moving in process? Have been waiting for over 3 months for this "compliance" to approve or come on site and approve the process. Obviously everything has been stalled until this process is completed and have called architect multiple times and she just says that that's how things are now and the process takes much longer than it used to. Anybody can confirm that this is true ?

I have probably been investing since around 22. I work in the investment field and wages in my country aren't that great (35k) and so deposit around 700 per month. Recently just got my CFA charter.my strategy is DCF (If the companies are currently Fcff positve) plus would I buy the product/do I understand why others would.

Investment tracking app with TWR (Allinvestview)

Hi,

Has anyone used Allinvestview for portfolio tracking ? It seems to have what I need but idk how much I can trust the maths of the returns it's showing me. I deposit in my portfolio monthly so I need something that accounts for this as my main aim is to see if it's worth it to continue picking my own stocks or just invest an index.
