Urgh, so frustrated. I've been on a long running project since September last year. The project is winding up and I've submitted all the work I had remaining. I've completed every assessment I have the capability for, applied to multiple other projects, yet.... nothing!

Since starting with Mercor, I've took a promotion at work to become a data technician manager, I've added my two current project management responsibilities to my profile, and detailed my line manager duties. I dont know what I'm doing wrong?

Is this because I'm still technically on an 'active' project and I'm yet to be offboarded from it??
