Dual-Enrolled & Got my AA: Am I cooked?

Hi everyone! I don't know how common this is in the T25 transfer scene, but I graduated HS with my AA degree from dual-enrollment through a very small, mostly online college.

My AA is recognized in my top 60 state school (where I currently attend). And as a first-year fresh out of HS, I am academically recognized as a Junior with 74 credits (they counted my APs too). On top of that, I have just finished my first year with a total of 104 credits.

I could graduate by the end of this year, but I would prefer to re-take classes somewhere with more opportunity/room for growth. Especially because my AA courses felt very half-assed. I'm still hungry to learn, but I'm not sure what my dream school's admissions team will think about my transcript.

I have no clue on how this can impact my chances of transferring into a T25, so ANY feedback, tips, similar stories, and advice is more than welcome. Thanks for reading if you made it this far!

[For context]: Currently double-majoring in Public Health & Political Science.

Dream schools are NYU, UCLA, Georgetown, Vanderbilt, Columbia, and Barnard

Cumulative GPA: 3.8 (3.55 for AA, 4.0 for current university), HS GPA: 3.8, SAT: 1380, ECs: 2 Public Health-related research projects, Student Government @ current university, started the first recycling initiative on my uni's campus (the only one in its county), founder of my uni's first community service club, teen court attorney for juvenile delinquents, 2 board positions in the pre-law club, & policy intern for public defender's office
