I’m not against tap water. I drink it at home. Drink it in office. But when I travel the hotels usually only keep a small bottle or two of water.
Then on asking for refill, the answer is usually “our tap water is safe to drink”. They often bring in extra bottles but I feel like a jerk when they do that.
The tap they refer to is always the tap in bathroom. The one in sink. And I can’t gather courage to drink that.
Am I the odd one here?
Edit: I’m talking about living and travelling in Western Europe.
