I had food poisoning on a Sunday. It was terrible, was on the road and had to stop at a gas station to clear myself out. Anyway, today it’s Friday and my stomach has been bloated and burning since the initial poisoning. I’ve had experience with gastritis in the past but managed it and it went away with time.

Last night, my stomach woke me up because my upper abdomen was burning and cramping. I took a tums and that seemed to help. I also feel a lot of pain in my stomach before and after eating. As of right now, the pain is bearable with an antacid but i’m worried i’m developing something else or if it’s normal to experience GI disturbance days after food poisoning.
