Hello I am 22M and had to get FAI correction and a labrum repair surgery on January 8th of 2026. I have been progressing well through my recovery and am walking and can pretty much start light jogging again but at times I get the very sharp pinches in my hip with the slightest wrong internal rotation. It’s been at the same sensitivity for a long time now and some days feel more inflamed/sensitive than others. I am a soccer player and want to take all the time I need to recover but I just want to check if these very sharp internal rotation and flare ups are still normal at this time of recovery.
