So, I've been experiencing all these nasty symptoms

And US results show a 16 mm ovarian endometrioma, which I never heard of before...online is says it's a sign of deep endometriosis? Doc says nothing, just check again with another US in 6 months....anyone else can share their experience with this? I haven't been feeling like myself...for a long time now
