I had a consultation with a company called EB1A Experts. Based on a recording and related communications I have, I believe I may have received legal advice from someone who may not have been authorized to provide it. I’m trying to understand whether this raises any regulatory or legal concerns and whether there are appropriate channels for reporting it. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation or spoken with an attorney about this?
