How did you track quitting Zyn / nicotine pouches? Looking for what actually worked.
Been using Zyn (6mg) daily for about two years and finally decided I want to quit. I've tried a few times but always ended up back on it within a week or two without really noticing.
I'm wondering if having some kind of tracking method would've helped me stay accountable. Curious what worked for people who actually made it stick did you:
- Use an app? If so, which one?
- Just track days on your phone calendar or notes?
- Do something more analog like a journal or habit tracker?
- Track cravings/triggers alongside your quit days?
- Not track at all and just go cold turkey?
Also interested in whether nicotine-specific tracking made a difference vs. just a general quit app. Any experience with pouches specifically (not cigarettes) would be really helpful since the habit loop feels a bit different.
