CALLING ALL BLACK WOMEN WITH PMOS (PCOS)
Hi Everyone,
As someone who was diagnosed with PCOS back in 2018 and felt completely lost. Once I starting searching for more information, l became motivated to bring more awareness and dialogue around our every day experiences. Last year, I started a masters program and it felt like the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact regarding the experiences of women with PCOS in Canada, specifically Black women, who remain significantly underrepresented in health research.
I am currently recruiting women in Southern Ontario who are willing to speak about their diagnostic and lived experiences with PCOS. I included the recruitment flyer with all the necessary information. If you know someone who may be eligible and willing to participate, please feel free to share it with them!
