If i end 4th year with 8.1 cgpa in copc can i expect good placement and like how much, what difference i can expect between a person with 9.5 cgpa and 8.1 cgpa with the same level of skills

I m ending sem 4 with overall 7.5 cgpa in COPC, ik its too low but i have developed good skills in DSA will i be able to get internship and wil i get placed and what package / difference i can expect at 7.5 , 8.5 , 9.5 cgpas

AND WHAT'S THE AVERAGE CGPA IN THAPAR COPC ??

When can i expect to get result of this sem ?

I have scored 98 percentile this year in JEE and i am from delhi and have delhi domicile as well but i have passed my 12th from a school situated in Uttar Pradesh, will i be able to get delhi quota on the basis of domicile rather than 12 passing school state, is there anyone who have got state quota on the basis of domicile?
