I got divorced last year. We had a prenup but he threw it out the window and tried to come after me for bogus stuff.

We bought a car with a loan during our relationship and in the prenup it said it would go to me, even though I could never afford the payments on my own.

We settled in the court office and I foolishly agreed to take on the car as my debt even though he is the primary owner on the loan.

I’m just curious if there is any weight if I try to go back to the court and change the asset/debt designation.

The total debt is now at 23k and I make about 1300/month
