Super shiny dice questions!
Hi y'all! I'm super new into making dice and while I've gotten pretty results so far without a pressure pot (proud picture below), my dice immediately lose all their pretty shine when I'm done sanding :(
I've done some research about Zona papers and Maguire's stuff, but I have a few questions!
- Could I use just the Zona papers?
- Could I use just the Maquire's compound?
- If I use the Maquire's compound, is it just the "PlastX" or is there something better?
- After inking my dice, should I apply some kind of clear coat over them for protection?
If there's any recommendations, please keep in mind that I'm hoping to not drain my wallet any more than I already have and would like to keep a low budget LOL. Thanks in advance!!!!
