So Im leasing for 2 years from a large corp.The deck is a two story and the balusters are breaking off and rails wobble like crazy. They had one contractor come out who said unsafe needs replacing, second set gives me this result. Everything still wobbles, the unpainted balusters are the new ones which some are bending inward from tension and i had two balusters break after the work was done. Contacted management company again who sent out a contractor today that says that this would meet code. Should i be escalating this?? My child has autism elopes and climbs. I really wanted to utilize my deck but i just don’t know what to think here. MN
