I had a liscfranc injury two years ago and it was bad. The er was overloaded so they sent me on my way. I walked on it from then on. I have a large bony lump on the top of my foot. It's like a ledge or step down to my toes. I'm in a lot of pain and the lump is so painful.

What is this?
