I was helping clear a house that belonged to a soldier who moved to a different base, he left some stuff behind and this was one of them. The round is a 7.62 NATO round, and it has the head stamp of LC 9. the projectile is what I can’t identify though as the silver tip is actually a separate piece from the jacket almost like a sabot. The tip is very tough and can easily scratch steel.
