LPT: Make your own Load Boost
For the past couple of months I've been buying individual vitamins on Amazon and just copying the Load Boost formula. (I used to take real LB and switched)
It's a bit cheaper. Comes out to $10/month cheaper. I assume you could do this for a ton of different supplements. It's annoying having a ton of assorted vitamin bottles and taking a bunch of pills every day, but the extra money is nice.
My next project is to make my own pre-workout at home with individual ingredients. Beta A, Citrulline, caffeine, and a few others.
Big shout out to the freaks over at /r/cumbiggerloads for the research
