Desperate for a doctor to slow down and listen to me

Age- 34

5'4 175 lbs

Female

Medication - Paxil, Vyvanse (10+ years)

Family History- Mom - Lupus (SLE) & RA

So I'm going to try my best not to draw this out but bear with me because I'm desperate at this point.

Last year during a beach trip I noticed a rash on my upper legs. I assumed it was irritation from the water, sand, etc. But it became worse and worse after I got home until one night my whole upper leg felt like it was on fire and was hot to the touch. I was also very achy in my shoulders and back. I went to a doc in the box because it was late and he basically told me it was a sunburn after looking at it for .002 seconds. I made an appointment with my primary and he sent me to a dermatologist. This quack told me I had a "margarita burn" which is basically where you spill lemon juice or something acidic on your skin during sun exposure. No tests, never asked family history, other possible symptoms, anything. It was another "oh you've been at the beach?, it's just a reaction." He prescribed me SKIN BLEACH and sent me on my way. No- I never had the prescription filled. The rash eventually got so bad, it left a faint purplish scar.

Fast forward to this weekend, it was my first time being out in the hot sun all day. Well, the rash is back and right on top of where my last rash was. I also have a large red area on my hip that feels like a stab wound.

My doctor at one point last year did blood work My CRP (inflammation in the body) was very elevated but he said there was nothing else concerning so basically its a mystery. Probably not related but ALL of my liver levels were above or below normal and he NEVER said a word. I brought it up briefly. I asked him how a 30 year old could have these liver levels. And that I drink socially and not often or in large amounts. He said its can happen and we will address it at a later time if I start having issues.

This past February I woke up with what I thought was a pinched nerve- couldn't move. My doctor gave me some muscle relaxers and sent me on my way. I eventually couldn't move my left arm and my thumb and pointer finger went numb (still numb to this day) After 2 weeks of being bed ridden, a family friend reached out and told me to come see the chiropractor she works for. He was able to get me in for an MRI which showed disc degeneration, "severe" only in one disc and "indications of arthritis" I was able to get a block but the first one didn't take so I had to wait 3 weeks. The second one helped a ton. I ended up being bed ridden for over 2 months throughout the whole process and was extremely anxious and became what I can only describe as very depressed. I just cried. Having 3 boys and being at home - not work for over 2 months and I couldn't do anything.

Thoughts, advice, anything I would be beyond grateful for.
