Hello, my clan is rather small and new. I do not have expectations of members other than activity. I put up a war around 3 times a week, usually giving 10-20 hours of signup warning, then whoever has signed up will be included. You do not have to participate in war to remain but I do kick those who have been AFK for more than a week with an extra week of leniency for Elders and two extra for co-leads. I would recommend being th12-13 as that is where most members are at.
