I am 22 years old and starting a real estate agent in ahmedabad specifically in industrial plot warehouse.

So i dont know the path to find the clients /buyer.

I have bought the membership on portal like 99acre , magic brick etc but that not works 100% . Can any body suggest what i can do .which source can work

Any database source like i can do cold calling or any source help me ?
