8 Weeks post op
19M 8 weeks postop billateral surgery both sides done at once. Just a general update if anyone wants to discuss anything.
Starting to get back in some shadowboxing now. No knees or kicks of course but i can move pretty good now even though i am a lot slower and get tired in my hips pretty fast.
Day to day life has been pretty much back to completely normal for a few weeks now. I walked 25 000 steps two days ago and was out partying for a long time and was a little bit sore the day after but today i dont feel anything. I am very happy with the speed of my recovery when i compare it to others but of course i want it to go faster i hopefully will be able to fight again by autumn. That is my goal atleast.
