This might put a cap on RBA rate hikes for a little bit, inflation is not going away. There has to be a point where the next bull cycle begins, I am not seeing it in the near future.

Unfortunately seeing vendors still chasing that top dollar, wasting everybody’s time. Let’s hold out and let the Sydney and Melbourne market slip further.

The only way is really vendors would understand is collectively everybody hold out and try not to buy for one or two months. That’s the only way to get property prices back to more affordable levels.

I was in the market to buy, but I’m definitely holding out maybe even three months or six months. If that doesn’t change their mentality what will?
