When Modern Horizons 3 came out, I bought the Eldrazi Incursion precon, but I only just recently played with it for the first time. Right before I did, I swapped in a copy of Echoes of Eternity, and I immediately ran into the problem of figuring out just how many colorless Eldrazi spells resolve when Echoes of Eternity and Ulalek, Fused Atrocity interact.
While researching, I learned that this was a veeery common question:
- Ulalek, Fused Atrocity and Echoes of Eternity
- Ulalek, Fused Atrocity and 2 Echoes of Eternity
- Echoes of eternity + ulalek = infinite ?
- Ulalek & Echoes of Eternity Mathmatical Formulas
- Ulalek fused atrocity and echoes of eternity.

- Ulalek and 2 Echoes of Eternity?

Even though the answers exist across these posts, they can sometimes be difficult to find and parse. If you're actively at the table, you probably want to find the answer as quickly as possible, so I made this formula cheat sheet for quickly determining the answer (I laminated mine and keep it in my deck box).
The formula itself comes from u/Judge_Todd and u/Mrwah_ in this comment thread and assumes you're optimally stacking the triggers. Obviously, the formula only works in situations that don't involve a third thing modifying the number of copies, but still I'm hoping that this is a helpful resource for those who need it.
