I used to get my cauliflower rice at Trader Joe’s. It was fresh cut. It was crunchy right cooked good everything else I’ve ever ran into. Had been frozen never cooked right and after the pandemic, I’ve gone back to Trader Joe’s a few times and I don’t see what I used to get.
I really would like to find something similar at this point I think I’m just gonna take cauliflower and stick it in a blender.
Does anyone have weird cravings?
Especially when taking an Ozempic shot? Seems like lately I get these weird hunger spurts or cravings for food… right now it's French Fries.
I've been working on moving my shot back more and more towards Saturday from Mondays to help with various things…. I took my shot around 8pm Sunday and I'm also on Metformin.
I'm not even hungry, but I do know the shot will keep me from getting to bed for a while longer.
Seems like in recent months I've had these bursts of hunger in the middle of the night. I'm eating regularly, staying on diet as mush as possible and try to cut myself some slack from time to time.
IDK… I know I can't be the only one😆.
…..maybe some yogurt will distract things.
