Love, Whimsy Juno. Warning: Unresponsive and Endless Chasing

Giving everyone a warning about Love, Whimsy Juno (Ma Anhea Palamos).
I first posted in Wawies last Feb 20 because she became completely unresponsive regarding our Save the Dates. Based on our contract, the deadline was Feb 14. She only replied after the post reached her, and the output was finally turned over on Feb 25.
After that, she asked me to delete my post from Wawies. I did, because the output was cute and I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and a second chance.
Unfortunately, the same thing is happening again with our wedding invitations now.
Last May 5, she said the invites would be released “within the week.” Today is May 18, and she has not responded to any follow-ups for almost 2 weeks now.
At this point, I am exhausted from constantly chasing updates and replies. From the Save the Dates to the invitations, LOVE WHIMSY JUNO has been the single biggest source of stress in my wedding planning process. The lack of communication is honestly unacceptable, especially when I'm simply asking for an update. And have already PAID.
I regret deleting my original warning post because other brides deserve to know what to expect.
TLDR: DO NOT GET LOVE WHIMSY JUNO IF YOU WANT TO KEEP CHASING HER FOR DELAYED OUTPUT.
NEW UPDATE as of May 19: Love, Whimsy Juno finally emailed me with an excuse why she hasn’t sent anything. In the end, she wishes to give me back my money (minus Save the Date cost) and to just terminate the contract. A complete waste of time, effort, and energy. Posted our e-mail thread in the comments below.
To future brides, please learn from my mistake.
