I tried few of the free ones and 5 of the paid ones, either they doesn't support spanish OR they are not available in Mexico. I am okay with English only, if they are available outside US and support other timezones, currencies.

I tried around 8 to 9 daycare management softwares. All of them seem to be targeting only US. None of them support any other country, currency, timezone or language.
