Finished first set, given refinements but this will narrow my palate even further, thoughts?

My first set narrowed my palate quite a lot in order to close gaps and fix my bite. I’m pretty happy with it now but have been given some more to perfect them. Should I stop now or carry on? Also looks like to close my side gaps my left lateral is being pushed higher out of line. What would you guys do?
