Our regional arts center is finally looking to move away from our legacy ticketing setup. We really need to bridge the gap between box office sales and donor data without all the manual syncing we’re doing now.

We’ve narrowed it down to three different platforms, but we’re not sure which fits a mid-sized arts venue best:

  • Secutix: Their white-labeling seems great for maintaining our brand throughout the purchase.
  • Eventcube: We like their membership management tools and the overall user-friendliness for smaller teams.
  • vivenu: Their focus on enterprise-level ticketing through an API-first architecture seems like it could finally solve our data sovereignty and CRM sync issues.

Has anyone here moved to one of these recently? I’d love to hear some real-world feedback on the implementation, especially regarding how they handle donor tracking. If you can recommend any other ticketing companies, please also let me know.
