Hiring restricted to specific teams
I've run into a few of EOI's posted in the Ministry I'm currently in where the positions are restricted to specific branch staff only. This feels rather exclusionary, as some of these positions I'm well more than qualified for, but I'm not able to apply. Is this normal?
