Looking for feedback as two guys new to business

First time poster here 😊 (mod please delete if not allowed). A friend and I have been building a business called RevUp and would love some honest feedback from Aussie business owners. We're based in Perth and Brisbane.
The problem: Aussie businesses rely heavily on Google reviews to win new customers, but they don't have a reliable system to generate them consistently.
Happy customers often leave without posting a review, while unhappy customers are more likely to leave negative feedback publicly.
As a result, sometimes business owners end up with an online reputation that doesn't reflect the true quality of their work.
Our idea is pretty simple:
After completing a job, a business enters the customer's name and phone number into our webpage / shortcut on phone. RevUp automatically sends a personalised SMS asking for feedback.
If the customer had a great experience, they're directed to leave a Google review. If they weren't happy, they're taken to a private feedback form so the business can address the issue directly.
The goal is to make it easier for businesses to consistently collect feedback and increase Google reviews without having to remember or manually chase customers.
We are two ambitious guys, still early in the process and trying to build something genuinely useful, and would love to hear from any business owners that might conisder using this, on what you like and or dont like, and in general any comments and suggestions on what we could improve on with our website.
